Unauthorised debit order

This is the second time I have to revert to Hellopeter with this company. My car was ****** 29 January 2024. After several calls I was informed that they cant get asignal from the car. Then I struggled to get the report from them that I needed for insurance. Eventually I received the report. I phoned to ask how we proceed to cancel the debit order and I was informed that is canceled automatically because the car was ******. On the report I received it states that no futher payments are due. To our surprise the debit order deducted at the end of Feb. I reversed the debit at the bank. To my surprise the debit order went off again this month with a double installment. This is bad service. I am done with this company. I really dont have the strenght to deal with this.
