unanswered calls

Each time I receive a message from Tracker, its usually followed up with a call from EMERGENCY LINE, but when answering those calls it hang-up immediately. What's the point of calling if you are not answering? This also happens when testing the tag, a call is received but hangs up immediately, followed by an SMS string = we tried to call you? Can this CALAL BACK a budget cut received by the Exco team? There was a 9% increase in the monthly premium this 2024 [from 8% in 2023), and the expectation is service must match what we pay for. Kindly re-evaluate your call-back policy.
