Unacceptable Service from Tracker

My vehicle had broken down and tracker includes roadside assist but once I called them they informed me that I was not on the system. I had to hire a tow truck to bring my vehicle home. And on my 2snd call to Tracker they conveniently found my details on their system. This happen over 3 weeks ago and I am still waiting for tracker to send out a tech to have a look at their unit since my mechanic said that the fault is on the tracker side. every day I call them with no help. This service is unacceptable. I am an old client of tracker and this was my first call for help. But received poor service instead. This reflects poorly on Tracker the company. I never expected service like this were I have to beg to receive help for something I'm paying for every month. Tracker has become very useless. Other tracking companies do not operate like this, they are extremely professional, unlike Tracker. If my issue is not resolved by tomorrow 2nd June, I will take this up further and I will change companies.
