Unacceptable Service

The service is unacceptable, the app and website hasn't been working for a about a week, the point of getting this service was to track my working vehicles, how do you do this if the app/website doesn't work. When you call the call centre to find out what's going on the agents say they have no idea, they haven't received communication from the technical department #unacceptable
