Unacceptable Poor Service

I am convinced that Toyota Tracker is nonsense, I have requested their so called "Road Side Assistance" but my experience of today makes me thinks otherwise. I was given this Case No. 21-***-R-01, but after 4 hours I am still expected to be on the street by now at 20h:20, thanks to a friend who came to my rescue.

It's now exactly fours hours later and couple minutes and their assistance is still on its way. It's unfortunate that consumers are being taken for a ride because when they purchase their vehicles, they are forced to take this so called already installed tracking system with Tracker and they will religiously take their premiums but when it's their their to serve their clients, they'll be nowhere to found.

I'm cancelling my contract with them and going to NoJack, and won't pay the reminder of the months, they can threaten me as they please but they must consider their debit order being disputed, reversed of 6 months and STOPPED.

Please be informed that this is also going to Twitter where I have many followers and Facebook just to warn other unsuspecting clients.
