Unable to track due to load shedding
So i Have a tracking device, which isnt updating, 30 minutes after leaving home, it still shows the car at home. Call the call centre and get told it is due to load shedding. Im paying a premium for a service im not getting, and the agent just could not care and says it is what it is. Also they cant give out reference numbers for the calls, he will escalate the issue to someone but cant guarantee anyone will call me back. Pathetic to say the least
