Unable to cancel subscription/contract
I need to cancel my subscription but am unable to do so. I sent a request to be contacted via the website form, but no reply. I called the call centre and the operator was less than helpful, the cancellation department was unavailable. It is as if they don't want me to cancel my subscription.
