Trouble with my account when I want to cancel

<p>I had taken out a tracker contract a last year if I rembered correctly. I falling behind with the installments and I was handed over to a attorney. I contacted Tracker on the 27 October 2016 and the consultant informed me that my account has been paid in full. I informed her that I want to cancel my subriptions and she informed me that I need to pay cash R 1,600.00 per vecile which make the total R 3,200.00. I asked her if I can pay it off and she replay NO cash only. I asked her if I do not pay the subripsion will I be handed over again, she repliad yes.</p> <p> </p> <p>I feel that tracker was also in bridge of contract due to the fact that I did not receive any statements what so ever. I was not even informed that my account was up to date. Treacker also brag that if your cars battery are disconnected that they will phone you. I did it in the begining and I had to phone tracker and the operators could not even tell me where my vechile was.</p> <p> </p> <p>I want a letter stating that my account ahs been paid in full, my name removed from the ITC, Letter stating the latter, and my account closed asap.</p> <p> </p> <p>You have change till 16:00 of 1 November 2016 or I will report this matter to my lawyer and you will pay all the costs. It does not even help to speak to someone at Tracker due to the fact that they do not know what they are doing.</p>
