Triple deducted unnecessary and no answers to why and a cheeky service consultant

Had the most unprofessional conversation with a service consultant, when ask why I was triple deducted I stead of double hê gave all sorts of reasons and when I told him I have proof on my bank statement he said it was for a different month, still I'm only one month that it wasn't deducted and that date would be the 15th of January and not December and why 3 times more. A heated argument followed and when asked when is my contract expiry date hê refused to answer and refused to give his name. So out of anger in trying to get answers I ended a call which could have been resolved on a better way leaving me frustrated and going to my bank and revoked/cancelled the debt order until it's resolved in checking my contract tonight and if the case is that contract needs renewal a bitter taste was left and may cancel and go to the opposition.
