Triple bill

From October I’ve been making numerous calls and at the end I’m advised that the matter will be rectified to my surprise comes the invoice date they take 3times than what is expected today is not even my payment date but a debit order of R1169.84 went through my account yet my monthly installment is R357.23. I called tracker and needed a technician to come through and I was advised of the call out fee they took their time to come to my place resulting in me fixing the issue and I called back to cancel the request I made for the technician to come through. The technician never came to my house and they have all the proof on their side yet they are still billing me for a call out fee that never happened that I called and canceled the appointment.
