transfer of a unit into my name

I don't know what else to do.<br> <br> I bought a vehicle, where it is alleged that the previous owner was running a pyramid scheme and has been arrested, his assets where sold<br> <br> I bought the vehicle and it is in my name and I have the enatis documents to prove it. <br> <br> The insurance company have asked I put a tracking system in the car.The dealership informed me to get hold of tracker and get them to transfer the unit into my name as all the vehicle come standard with a tracker skytrax installed.<br> <br> I phoned the call centre and they said once i get the car registered into my name i must call them back and they will do the transfer.<br> <br> I got the enatis document and contacted the call centre again.<br> <br> once they checked on their system they , said that the previous owner , has outstanding amount.<br> <br> This is the best part they suggested \ I contact the previous owner and get him to settle the outstanding amount"once that is done they can transfer it to my name.<br> <br> firstly I think the previous owner is in jail<br> secondly "
