Tracks de*****ing people

A while ago I got a call from tracks that my account was closed and it was on arrears. I was told that I need to pay the arrears amount which I paid. Nothing happened and I had no relationship with tracker. Two months ago I started getting voicemail messages that they need to test my unit as its not working. I did not respond as I did not want it. From a month ago they started debiting my bank account. For the tracker account I don't have. I reversed my debit orders and now they tell me my account is in arrears of R700. I don't know who opened a tracker account with them and what are they tracking. I want this account to be written off! This is *****.
