Tracking ****

My wife went out to the mall and after about 30 minutes I tried calling her and her phone was off, went on to the app to check the location of the vehicle she is driving only to see yesterday’s trip, nothing on the app showed today’s trips, i then called tracker for assistance, I was told they would reset the system and it would update, I waited and nothing happened, I was dead worried because it’s unlike my wife to have her phone off, I then ask this guy to tell me what his system says about the location of the car, he says his system is giving him the same information that I have, I then ask him to activate whoever must be activated to look for my wife and then he tells me I need to go to the police station and open a case before they can track my car, I mean this is very useless why do I have a tracker in the first place? I do not advice anyone to have this tracker it’s useless, it’s just a money making machine, I am shopping around for an alternative as we speak. All they could say is sorry, I mean sorry will not tell me where my wife is, first thing tomorrow morning I am canceling this useless thing and getting an alternative.
