I don’t even think you deserve a star I sold my vehicle in 2021 you are still debiting I called and asked you send me the only 3 calls I’ve had with you guys, inception of policy my cancellation in June 2021 and the last call again where between 2021 and 2023 your cancellation has been R1000 which is impossible, you logged a complaint and you have not followed up with any feedback also important to note I am able to track a vehicle I no longer own which is a breach of POPIA and *******, if I do not get assisted I will drive to the new owner of the vehicles house which I can see on the tracker report and give him a trip logbook and help him sue you guys for *******ly tracking her/his vehicle and breach of POPIA it cannot take you a whole month to send 3 calls, refund and cancel my policy honestly, to say your service is atrocious is an understatement, your entire company needs to re look it’s business practice I mean how are you tracking a car I don’t own 🤔and if I shouldn’t be able to see this car why am I paying you 🤷🏽♀️
