Tracking nothing but ****

Unprovoked, I received an SMS from Tracker and it reads, “ Tracker: Advanced payment to us will end in 2 months. Call *** to arrange for payment REF CLI1*****2. 1-month free subs for every year paid.” It was sent in June and I called to enquire and was told that I will receive a month free in 2025 for the payment made in 2024, and I would only have to pay for 11 months in 2025 for 2026 because the twelfth month would be free in 2026. I received another SMS today, I then call AGAIN because I was confused, I thought the matter was resolved when I called in June… worst of all, the consultant didn’t even know what I was talking about. This business is being run like a ****a shop and they’re forgetting that my contract ended 5 years and I am now on month to month, I can cancel anytime and find another company with more advanced technology.
