Tracking device stopped working and no one notified me

I am so disappointed with Tracker. My tracking device stopped working and no one from tracker called me to notify me. I only realized when my app wasn't updating location and when I called they said my device isn't updating and it has been five days without working. This is poor service and my insurance is affected. How will they recover our cars if they can't check if tracking device is in good working condition.
