Tracket Connect, Tracking device ****

Being a Tracker client with numerous tracking devices installed in vehicles, they dropped the ball, I have written a direct complaint to management, the CEO of Tracker, regarding a personal hijacking, kidnapping, and the theft of my vehicle, my life was dependent on Tracker, I emailed Tracker on the 28 February to report the incident, as I expected no reply, they do not acknowledge or take ownership of their incompetence, with double tracking devices installed in the bakkie, they were unable to respond, their reporting system, observation is questionable, to the degree that it is non existent, yet they happy to receive the monthly installments, well I am personally going to cancel the debt order, they might respond, react then, you are aware of the fact that when a vehicle is ****** the perpetrators install devices that block the tracking system till the device is found and disconnected, What are you then selling, peoples lives are at stake here, yet you promote a failed product, device, PUBLIC BE AWARE, when you need them they nowhere to be found.
