Trackers Tracking Devices Desperately Needs Upgrading

Vehicle gets Towed from my yard, I called Tracker to do a test on the unit due to it being towed away atleast 2 hours ago and hasnt updated on there system or my app, they just advised me that they will reset the Unit and must wait for it to go on Standy to update and even after all that, It didnt update, this happened just by doing a test, imagine if the vehicle really gets ******, This also means that Trackers tracking devices does not work or activate a warning if its rolling or pushed away, it will only warn you if Battery Voltage Changes or if the Ignition is Turned and Started, which is abit too late because they can literally break into your car, push it or tow it somewhere across the boader and Tracker or you wont even know.

Very Disturbing and Disappointed
