Trackers poor poor service!!!
Oh man TRACKER vehicle tracking does not deserve to do business with the public. I logged a service request telephonically which was scheduled for today 18 June at 08h00. I made arrangements for this appointment only to discover that their consultant scheduled it without ensuring what the schedule was for their technicians availability!! Can service be poorer than this??

18 Jun 2024, 12:06Tracker from Gauteng contacted me for a time do the service request-they wanted to send me to Tracker centre in Mosselbay,which I happened to visit last week . They informed me that they do NOT do service requests for tracker anymore(wonder WHY???) so tracker wanted to send me to centre that does NOT do it anymore!!!!
ANOTHER disastrous appointment AGAIN, I ACTUALLY KNOW MORE THAN TRACKER DOES ABOUT THEIR OWN BUSINESS. What next!!!
