Trackers devices dont work but you still pay!

Tracker has been happy to collect fees from me for a device that is not working. the last time a test was done that passed was 2012 December. and yet I have been paying up until now. I requested the device to be tested a week ago. I didn't receive any response to confirm the device is working. and they don't even have the courtesy to notify me that my device is not working. and now when they have to send a technician to check the device they want me to pay a fee. I hate it when organisations take advantage of people. when I was paying you were very happy to be getting money from me. even this coming month I will make sure I clean my account and you wont find a single cent from me again. You are useless provider I don't believe I have wasted my money for 3 years. what service did I get from you. this is a *******. I will lodge a formal complain to consumer protection also.
