Trackers are ****mers

I have endless problems with this company. The beginning of my contract I got debits which was not agreed upon. I received calls from consultants and again got debited with irregular amounts, sometimes twice or thrice in a month. The service was supposed to be terminated yet they keep trying to debit my account with irregular amounts and sending me threatening messages. I didn't sign any authorisation or give them a mandate to do so. The amounts they say is outstanding are false. Please don't use this service provider. They behave like ****mers. Thinking they have authority to debit your accounts without a debicheck. I need a full investigation to be done and this company held accountable for Thier *****ulent transactions. I will not pay a cent till correct figures are given to me and audited. Please just leave my personal bank account alone. If no action is taken. I am taking this matter to Financial services ombudsman.
