Tracker, you failed me twice and still took my money

You failed me when it mattered most.

19 February 2026: My car Reg LW15TJGP was ******. Your Carguard system sent me NO alert. Your battery alert sent me NO alert when ******* stripped the car. I pay you monthly to notify me of theft. You sent nothing.

Your system failure is why my car is gone. That's gross negligence under CPA Section 54.

Then you failed me again after the theft: March 2026: You debited my account for a car you failed to protect. I reversed it. March 2026: I phoned and cancelled. That is a legal cancellation under CPA Section 14. April 2026: You debited me R518 anyway. After cancellation. For a ****** car.

Taking R518 from a customer whose car was ****** because YOUR alerts failed is unconscionable conduct under CPA Section 40.

Tracker, answer me publicly: 1. Why did Carguard and battery alerts both fail on 19 Feb 2026? 2. Why did you debit me in April after I cancelled in March? 3. Why are you charging for a "security service" on a vehicle that was ****** due to your service failure?

Refund my R518 immediately and confirm in writing that my contract for Reg LW15TJGP ended 19 February 2026 with R0.00 owed.
