TRACKER YOU DO NOT KNOW WHAT YOU DOING

Tracker does not know what they doing, They see us customers as only cash ***s...very horrible services, My car's Unit was faulty and Tracker replaced with another unit in August 2021, Now for my Sars e-filing I am unable to submit full Business Trip logs due to incompetence of their system and poor services... They tell me "Oh sorry we don't have records back ups for your previous Unit Tracker"

What kind of an Organization that does not keep back ups for all their Units? This is a company that is taking chances and they need to be exposed for who they stand for (Profits only).

For anyone using Tracker I suggest you store your daily Trip logs in a separate folder because once you change your vehicle or their Unit becomes faulty you will need Jesus because Useless they don't know what they doing.
