TRACKER wont let me go in peace after 6 long years with them

I sent an email to TRACKER asking them to DEACTIVE a tracking device fitted in my car.... After 6 long years with them, I decided to get better device with a new company where I will not be charged "Annual device insurance fee" +-R400 over and above the monthly premiums..

My contract has come to end & I do NOT wish to renew it, hense i asked for them to remove and deactivate device IMMEDIATELY....

I received a response (same day of sending email) from a Joan Kholiwe Matlhasela (Insurance Administrator) who said she had fowarded the request to relevant department.

I have not been contacted by this "department" and have been calling Tracker company numerous times to no avail.

Today 4th July 2019, I had the new device fitted with the new company and now 2 devices are feeding off 1 battery and it is taking strain.

This is causing the battery to malfunction and it no longer charges. "Battery charging fault" "Check Stop and start" messages on are displayed on the car dashboard screen. This is damaging the stop and start functioning of the car too.

I am really furious as this will cost me money to buy another STOP AND START battery which costs and arm and a leg.

Why should TRACKER be so cruel when I've been so loyal with them for 6 LONG years!!!
