Tracker with no Tracker

Suddenly an outstanding amount of R414. Tracker billed me from 1/11/2022 to 1/4/2023 out of the blue. But my car was sold April 2022. Tracker was paid through my insurance initially. Payment was stop as my insurance was stop end April 2022. This "Tracker" in my car was disconnected October 2021 when a new battery was installed. No service from "Tracker" from that time. What was tracked? And been handed over to a attorney for outstanding amount... And people from Tracker and attorneys are very rude...specially the cancelation department as I had to phone to cancel.
