Tracker wants more money although they've debited my account for over a year for nothing
On 13 August 2021, I received an email from tracker stating that their system can't track my car. However, they continued to debit my account for over a year. I received another email in 2022 stating the same and I decided to cancel the contract and I received an acknowledgement letter from tracker dated 2022-10-24 indicating that the policy will be cancelled on 30-11-2022.
Recently, I do receive calls from lawyers claiming that they need to collect money from me. They said I owe tracker for a period of 3 months while on the other hand tracker says I owe them more than R400 for cancellation fee.
I don't wish to be abused more financially by tracker
