Tracker vehicle tracking App *******!

I just want to raise my utter and total disappointment with the Tracker App. It hardly ever works, comes up with error messages like "Service Unavailable", and if you are lucky enough for the app to actual return location data on your vehicle it is 9 out of 10 times completely incorrect and outdated. I have raised my concerns several times on the app reviews (and them coming back saying how sorry they are and that I should send them a mail to solve the problem), just to have nobody respond to any of my mails sent to Tracker.....but who can blame them, they probably already know their app is absolutely ******* and have nothing else to say to me. What a waste of money. When you speak to their sales consultants or read the info on their app that they advertise they make it out to be a world class service and app - don't be fooled - its all talk!!! If I knew then what I know now I would never have contracted this service with Tracker Connect. Don't make the same mistake I did!
