Tracker - Useless Service
They refuse to respond to e-mails and each e-mail is returned as unread.
My account was paid via EFT and reflects on my statement yet they deduct again via debit order and do not want to refund.
The reading on my app does not match the actual reading yet they do not resspond.
Do not support such Companies.

07 Oct 2025, 12:32So useless service. They are demanding a proof of payment, which I do not have and will not pay to get one. I have taken a screenshot which they will not accept - just an excuse not to refund R218.76
My payment is reflected on the statement - so I do not know what the issue is. In a addition I was billed R10.00 by the bank because of insuufent funds. Do yourself a favour and take your business elsewhere.
