Tracker- USELESS AND *******!

Called tracker over a month ago, and even called in 2 weeks later....but no help. Laid a hellopeter complaint too and they never reverted with feedback!

I got debited a huge amount. The amount as agreed was R119 plus a R69 and R28 insurance on each vehicle.. but I was debited, R966 plus a separate debit if R288!!!! That's almost R1300!!! For 2 cars that was supposed to be about R440 altogether!

Secondly, Useless site doesn't even allow me in to view statements! And even after updating my email address, I still don't get statements.

Thirdly and most pathetic of all, I sold my other car almost 3 years ago. Emails of cancellation was placed, but guess what...I've just discovered that tracker has still been debiting my account for that car for the last 3 years!!!! Now who the hell got time to keep track of the hundred debit orders that go off, and secondly you would assume cancellations are prompt and duly app****, but lo and behold, tracker has ****** me now for years! I want my money back!

You guys were supposed to track phone records etc but no response!

I'm so disgusted with the misleading ways of tracker. I'm so close to taking you guys to the ombudsman and court at this point if no resolve is placed.
