Tracker useless!

Tracker is useless! ever since they installed their product in my car, it was working two weeks. Then the messages started pouring in. Every time I had to call back and speak to a random technician. Never getting answers. For 4 months it kept on giving me random messages.I phoned 5 times now reporting this. every time they tell me there is nothing wrong they picking up my car. now I had to replace my car's battery because this not working product is pulling energy from my car's battery and its cost me a new battery. Still Talking to Tracker gives me no joy! it is going to take them 3 days to help me! I have done everything humanly possible now! please do not buy this product! no after care! no service!
