Tracker Unit draining my Audi car Battery. Tracker not responding. They Don't Care!

On 27th April, I contacted your support line, who assured me that a technician would be allocated as a matter of priority to assess the battery issue linked to the tracker unit.

However, upon following up this morning (28 April), I spoke with another consultant and was informed that a technician has still not been assigned.

To date this has already cost me over R9,000.00 to replace my Audi's battery, R1,500.00 to diagnos that the Tracker unit was at fault.

This is highly concerning, particularly given that I have clearly communicated the urgency of this matter. I require my vehicle for essential family commitments, and the continued delay is causing significant inconvenience.

It is unacceptable that a fault associated with your unit is preventing me from using my vehicle, yet there appears to be no urgency in resolving it.

I request immediate intervention to ensure that a technician is allocated without further delay and that the necessary repairs or replacement of the tracker unit are completed as soon as possible.

Please treat this matter with the urgency it requires and provide me with a clear timeline for resolution.
