TRACKER UNFAIR PRACTICES
I had an account with them till I sold the vehicle. they debited me for those months and where I was in arrears I paid the capital outstanding. They want me to pay interest that they keep adding on to for although the vehicle is sold. They have since handed the account over. I will never use their services again.

04 Feb 2026, 13:56Tracker lies. Most disappointing. They have not resolved this matter. I advised their lady Sinaza of that fact. Now they have their attorneys calling once again. I paid them for the premiums outstanding, and advised their lady I am not prepared to pay interest on a premium I paid. As we speak they are adding interest on interest. She advised no its not interest but rather penalties. Penalties for what. I refuse to pay it. PLEASE DONT SAY YOU HAVE RESOLVED THE MATTER WHEN YOU HAVE NOT.
