Tracker tracking system MIA just like customer service

I recently decided to move my Car Tracking to Tracker, at first the staff was very helpful, a Lady by the name of Lauren Smith(Sales) assisted me. Then it came to getting the tracker installed, This took over 2 weeks to arrange. This is where I should have pulled the plug on this contract. Finally they arrange for the installation and what happens less than 2 hours after the installation took place, the tracking device stops sending it location. My car for the next 2 days, according to their tracking app was driving 83KM\H at a junction near the mall of the south. I then contacted their call center and this was resolved within a day. App seemed to be working ok. Week Later same problem occurs. Just stuck doing 17KM\H at another junction. I then email Lauren Smith and the Lady who arranged the installation from customer service Nozipho Malinga. Firstly no one gets back to me. After a 2nd email a day later Nozipho informs me that maybe the device is faulty and might have to be replaced, to which I agree. They ask for information which I then provide them with and they tell me someone will contact us to arrange this inspection. This was the Monday, Tuesday, by the Friday I have still not had any response from anyone at Tracker. I then contact these 2 ladies again and advise them to please arrange for the inspection to happen at the same fitment center where the device was installed, the following week Wednesday. I then on the following week Monday contact both Ladies again, advising that I have once again had no feedback and that I am now very unhappy with the service and that I would like out and they have to please give me my options as how to get out of that contract by any means possible, as I cant keep having conversations with myself. Its now Tuesday, the day before the Wednesday I asked the unit to be inspected, still not even a response. Once again I emailed the ladies and guess what??? No Response. Please people do yourselves a favor if your reading this, my other 2 cars are with Mixtelematics (Matrix) I have had nothing but excellent service, last week I bought a new car and they fitted the unit same day as I took delivery. Reason I tried Tracker, was because I am a firm believer in giving everything a go, I knew what Matrix offered but how would I know that there isnt a better tracking company out there, if I only stay with one company. This Unit is for a car I bought at the end of September and still I am battling to get it working. Stupidly I tried something different instead of staying with the company I know. My Fault, but please dont fall into this trap as well. I cant talk for any other tracking companies, but Tracker is one I will never ever use again. I cant get out of this contract soon enough. If they would get back to me and advise how????
