tracker took my money but no service

I purchased a vehicle for my wife last year. At the time I was unaware that there was a tracker installed but not active.<br> The car battery starting giving us problems and we realised that there is probably a tracker in the car.<br> I had similar symptoms with my other vehicle and after tracker upgraded their unit the battery problems stopped.(Tracker will never admitted that it was there unit draining the battery)<br> I called tracker and gave them the vin no. and they confirmed that the vehicle does have a tracker.<br> I asked that it be removed and they said I should pay R395.00 and they will schedule a time for a technician to come out. This was 30 sept 2015. After numerous calls and messages, they have still not come out to remove the unit.<br> Tracker , you have taken my R395.00 and if my battery goes again I will have to pay R3000.00 again.<br> Please do what you charged me for!!!
