Tracker thinks im stupid

Tracker thinks we are stupid, in fact insult your intelligence. I see you tracker for what you are. Contract has ended i was told unit will be switched off. But it's not they say it is officially canceled and switched off. Yet no confirmation email, mark my words they will now say because you did not officially receive a email by default your contract is month to month. I have been in contact with them since July to solve yet I can't because what they say abd do are two different things. Yesterday I was assured tge unit is switch off last night I get a notification. Rule number 1 never lie to a customer it will come back to bite you.
