Tracker think twice!! Do your research before your car disappears in thin blue air.

I just want to share this with anyone thinking of getting a car tracker installed, please do your research. After watching this YouTube video (link below), it all makes perfect sense now but not claiming anything. Our vehicle was ****** in under a minute. We walked straight into the hospital, picked up a bag, and walked out. We then saw the car driving away. While watching it happen, we called Tracker, but they couldn’t pick up the signal within min. The car has been gone ever since. But I still have one question. FNB forced me to get a tracker from Tracker, yet when my car was ******, the liability fell entirely on me. How is it that Tracker faces no consequences, even though this was a paid service? Why aren’t insurance companies questioning this or taking action? At the end of the day, the customer is left to pay insurance with a huge excess amount, plus the cost of Tracker—yet the financial loss still falls on us. And we’re just expected to accept it. It's sad cause we will always get the short end of the deal. My 5 cents: We still drive 2 x Toyota but this time with no trackers.... and we still have both car it's over a year now.
