Tracker- They are *********** and full of lies!

Tracker please stop calling me to find out why I am cancelling my VAP debit orders with you. Back in March 2020, I had a car break down. I simply ran out of fuel. The next fuel station was 10 minutes away. The fuel station I had gone to, was closed due to the impending lockdown. When I called Tracker, they gave me a million excuses why they could not help me. Mind you it was 4:30pm and I was with 2 small kids. I was told if I want to be towed- I must pay cash for the fuel! Everytime I have a VAP offer from Tracker, I have ensured I am fully covered. Tracker **** to me and now want to harass me to find out why I am no longer letting them ***** my money. Added onto that, my Tracker Connect App on my phone always has problems. Actually it has never really worked. I have never received a complete travel log. So Tracker- please stop calling me. You did not care about my safety or me as a customer. As soon as my contract is done with you- I will be terminating my contract with you. Joining your service provider was the worst decision ever made. Leave me alone and stop harassing me.
