Tracker- the worst company to deal with upon cancelation.

I sold my vehicle and canceled the tracker. The 36 months contract has ended already, so I owe them nothing. However, no attempt to call them to sort out the cancelation (that is still being deducted from my bank account) is fruitful. The rudest people not willing to assist. When you ask for a supervisor or manager, the put you on hold for ever. They just do not cancel the debit order on my account. The worst company to deal with. I have emailed them with all the relevant detail and received a confirmation email about my cancelation. However, the funds are still being deducted.
