Tracker the ***** company

I was contact per telephone to enter into a contract with tracker and I was under the imprecision it's a good idea. Well a friend of mine car was ****** and because I felt not at ease with tracker I called them and ask if the can test the device and they said no they cant because it will not test correctly because of the fact that it was tested a month ago and if I insist I have to pay to let it been test. Then they explain that they cant point out the exact location that my car is in only in a radios of maybe a few kilometers. I ask them they must explain what there contract mean by "it's the consumers responsibility to make sure that the unit is working condition" they said then I must pay if I want it tested from my side. So I cancelled the contract and stop all payments to them. Still they tried to deduct from my bank account and even on 26 April there was a other company that deduct R750 from my account but I stopped it. Tracker have listed me on a credit check and I found it out to I app**** for a loan to cover some medical expenses for my cancer treatment. They took me for a ride and I was bring under the wrong imprecision. I have about 20 emails back and forwards and they cant explain why do I have to pay to get the tracker tested if I must make sure that the thing is in a working condition. They said they test it every six months and they can said to me it's working. Please don't go to tracker because they are lying to the consumers. "TAKE BACK TOMORROW" No that's a lie because they are just out to get your money and you have to fit it with there testing and you don't have the rights of making sure a thing is working.

I never in my life had a bad credit record and Tracker is the non serving company that put me on itc and humiliate me when I want to apply for a loan to pay my cancer treatment. I hope Tracker go to hell and may they never have one happy day in there whole miserable existence. I don't have money to pay them and I never will pay them a sent.

The statement that you made "Further to this, the test was successful when you had requested for the unit to be tested." This is not true, it was said to me that it was tested on 6 September and they are unable to load another test. Please go back to my telephone conversation when I requested that they test the device and tell me then were my car is standing or nearby what!!! Also see attached e-mail attachment that I received from Ghitte Brandt. You can't cancelled the contract and regretfully I can't afford to pay for it. I told you yesterday about my situation, so sorry. What are Tracker going to do when I die, come and take my ashes for non payment? You can't take my name of relevant credit bureaus and I can't stop making Tracker's name bad were ever I go for the rest of time were ever and when ever I can (mouth to mouth, social media ect.) Tracker are going to loose more than the money they claim from me and my name that's on a credit bureau and stop me from getting credit. You can't take my name of the relevant credit bureaus and I can't pay for my cancer treatment. You can't understand that in an emotional time you don't think clearly and that a telephone conversation are misunderstood and you want to take a grip on anything that is sending your way to help somebody find you to save you're life if something happened to you - that's why I agree but that's not the case with the unit . I can't understand why I ever thought that Tracker would understand my position!!! But that's that, I'm not going to upset myself and make myself sick to worry about Tracker and my name that's on a credit bureau or what ever. Have a nice day and I made a promise today to Tracker, I will and can stop people to do business with you!! You know and I know that mouth to mouth advert is import but the advert from my side will not be good advertising and there will be a lot of people that will not do business with Tracker after I told them about what happened to me. This advertising will stop the day Tracker cancelled the contract and clear my name and write off all the monies that they say I own them or the day I died.
