Tracker Technician Installed Tracker Wrong
I have 2 shuttle cars with Tracker Devices, Toyota Corolla and Toyota Quantum. Quantum was running fine for 4 months until we installed trucking device on the 08 January 2018(Monday). After tracker was installed the technician couldn't start my car, he tried starting the car for 3hrs with no luck. He then made me speak his supervisor Stephan that he promised to send his Auto Technician to check the car, till today no show up, and Stephan is not taking my calls anymore. Then i phoned Tracker call center No one was also to help me, I was on the phone with them for over 45min,the conclusion was they going to log a call with the fitment center to come out to check it and no show up.
