TRACKER TECHNICIAN DAMAGED MY VEHICLE WHILE INSTALL TRACKER DEVICE

Had tracker installed on a new R570,000 PEUGEOT yesterday

1.After installation got the car back with a scratch on paintwork 2.Bonnet and Grill does not align 3.Headlamp does not align

I have not had a call yet to resolve WILL KEEP YOU UPDATED AS HOW THIS IS HANDLED

THANK YOU for response .Clive your Install Supervisor came to see me yesterday and even found bolts loose on headlamp mountings. I'm really not happy about service rendered and how your technicians treat new cars Its horrific that they are allowed to operate in this manner PLEASE kindly call me as i want to pay for installation and only have a month to month contract with you Many thnaks Aidan

For the records please While you say AMICABLY resolved ? I have been charged for an installation whereby by NEW vehicle was damaged and not reassemled correctly While the quick responses are apprecited the is nothing amicable from my side towards Tracker and the R1600 im paying for installation Reason im paying is i do NOT want to be in contract with TRACKER I further know Im not first and will not be the last to experience a botched installation whereby clients car is DAMAGED Kindly please note Regards
