Tracker taking your money

I have been a client with tracker form over 9 years and never used the service, I recently bought a new car and wanted to cancel the contract and was told i need to serve a months notice, ( SHOCKING) as this contract was a MTM (month to Month ) contract, My old car has been sold and the new owner is using it , i am still getting calls saying that the car is in a high risk area, I need this contact to be cancelled from end October and no one can fix this, Please get in touch with me urgently. I am still awaiting a call from the management team since End October and no one has called me. The car is no longer with me and i am not using the services, Please have all contracts cancelled and PAY BACK THE MONEY
