Tracker taking money

We have cancelled our Tracker account more than two years ago. They are still sending through debit orders. They don't do it every month, and don't always have the same amount, but they still go through. I have stopped it at the bank, but they obviously just change something and the bank allows it through. They are a bunch of money suckers!
