Tracker - taking back tommorrow, today , your time, your money, everything but the kitchen sink

Stay away from these ******

I'm not going to accuse them of anything, but let me just state some facts.... I downgraded my tracking device in March this year. Been paying my monthly payments and therefore upholding my part of the contract. Then i get notified that my tracking device is not working.

Whats worse is that they did not even know that my cars tracking device was downgraded and they kept referring to the old one. I was asked for proof of installation... wow.

Anyway after numerous emails they agree to send someone out to check it out; but as i have learned agreeing to do something and actually doing it is not what this company does. They made an appointment with me for a saturday. They leave me waiting for hours without any phone call telling me that they wont make it and ultimately waste my time... I sat there waiting and not one came. What if my car was ******... would they have done anything then?

Another fact is this... after living in my house for almost 2 years without incident, after my tracker downgrade someone tries to break into my garage in the middle of the night....suspicious.

I call to cancel because they are not holding up to their end of the deal yet they take my money every month. Im sstill concerned about my vehicle not being covered this the "tracking device" but instead of this as their primary focus, they seem to worry more about a 36 month contract.

I dont want your **** guys. Take your broken tracker out of my car and give me my money back. Its that simple.
