Tracker supposed recovery!
I recently had my car ****** while in Johannesburg and Tracker did as little as possible to recover my vehicle. The matter was reported after 3 minutes of the vehicle being taken and no one from the company bothered to call us to advise on the recovery. All we had was Sam's every morning thst the recovery is in progress and sadly after about 2 weeks they just send you an SMS that they have stopped looking. Terrible service and I advise all tracker clients to really reconsider being with them . The vehicle apparently was a sought after one by ********* as it was a Toyots Etios .I really feel that this was an inside job because the vehicle was parked inside the premises and within 30minutes of it being outside the premises the car was taken. Makes you think, doesnt it?

24 Nov 2022, 18:52I dont think I will be doing any business with your company but will inform as many people as possible that your tracking devices do not work and get them to change to more reputable companies that dont rip people off. Thanks but no thanks.
