Tracker Sucks Do Not Subscribe

Once again we have a contender for the most abysmal tracking company . They have our money so we can forget after sales service . I am trying to get a glitch sorted out . The driver assist fob is malfunctioning or just no longer working . The unit in the vehicle keeps sending battery disconnect signals. I get a call that rings probably for a second and then a message that says if you have been hijacked call so and so number . Well if i was hijacked it would be unlikely that I would be able to call . No Follow up call just the one second one and the message . I spoke to Bongani today and was promised an email from their products department . Bongani sadly you are as efficient and reliable as the rest of Tracker.
