Tracker success beyond the call of duty.

Having just had the misfortune of an employee being held up at gunpoint, and ****** of his vehicle in the Vandebijlpark area at 21:00 on Sunday, have had the most extraordinary excellent experience with Tracker. (The vehicle - a Toyota Hilux) was fitted with a Tracker Unit). I phoned Tracker 10 minutes after the theft. Lizelle from the Control room took the call, was clearly on top of things and kept me informed. The vehicle was recovered within 40 minutes, wholly intact. The Control room kept me informed throughout. The icing on the cake was the Tracker Officer on scene who recovered my employee's cellphone on the ground (in the dark, nearby to the vehicle). Cameron was patched through by the Control room, and advised me what he had found, and the state of the vehicle, and then took it upon himself, to drop the telephone at my house the following day when he was off duty. I thought Tracker were just another Car Tracking Company, until this incident, where their human side and technical side performed faultlessly throughout. Congratulations to all concerned. They were amazing..
