Tracker sub-par to their competitors.

I recently had the Tracker care product installed and I am honestly so unhappy and totally regretting my decision. The panic button is on the app! Like I will have time to unlock my phone, go to the app and request assistance in an emergency situation? Further to this, every time I get into my car, I need to log into the app to disarm the car guard. This is not a user-friendly product at all. With my previous tracking company my panic button was installed on my seatbelt release, which meant if ever in an emergency situation, I could press the button as I released the belt, no phones involved. Unfortunately, I took up the contract and is now stuck with a product that is really sub-par to your competitors.
