Tracker staff.... ***********

Tracker Pretoria needs to employ competent staff. The person who is supposed to phone clients to make appointments on installations, really needs to do it. I got a notification that my tracker will be installed today, without any arrangement. I tried to phone the number linked and the person could not tell me at what time it was , but said they would phone back. Needless to say, I went on with my very busy schedule on the road, and suddenly received a phone call from a technition that he arrived for the installation. I had to apologize that I'm not able to make it, because of my schedule and where I was situated at the time. Only to hear that the poor bloke is having the same bad experience on a regular basis , with appointments that were never communicated to clients. So not only is this 'appointment' person, aggrevating clients, but also waisting her colleagues time and effort and company money. It was also useless to try to reach the supervisor to report this situation. After this I received another message that the installation will be cancelled and they have tried numerous times to contact me..... total BS! Not 1 phone call So not only is this person not doing their job, but also wrecking the company's name and a ****. Do I have confidence that this company will be able to track my car, in case they have to? It's a big NO!
