Tracker South Africa the worst
They double debit randomly as and when they wish and they refuse to reverse it. They send you from one department to the other when you call in with no real assistance

21 Apr 2023, 11:42Yes your agent called my bank while on a call with me and they confirmed the March premium went off however, you still debited me twice plus fees. So you did not care to reverse the money to my account that was successfully paid to you that still shows that is available for reversal even now. Yet you still went in again to debit moreeeeeeeee!!!!! You guys are the worst ****!!!
